I love looking for unusual things to photograph and find that when you look around at your surroundings there is always something amazing to see. I really feel that in today's world we just don't do any of hat. People are all so engrossed in their phones, themselves and unaware of anything else that they miss out on so many amazing things. They don't look up or around or down. Below are some of the photos I took yesterday of those very things I'm referring to. I then popped over to the new Myer Emporium over the connecting bridge that as far as I can remember has been there for years. I didn't realise the Emporium had opened. It was great to just sit and look at Melbourne from a higher advantage point, and to watch the people walking by.I entered the new food court area and was blown away! Visually it's stunning. The layout is amazing and the food places are incredible. A whole shop just for duck, and Vietnamese street food. Burgers and such amazing different foods. Being lunch time it was sooooooooooo busy and even for me overwhelming. Next time I'll go when it's not feeding time. However I managed to get a delicious slow cooked lamb, feta cheese, baby spinach leaves and capsicum salad served in one of those noodle boxes to takeaway. It was incredible and really would have feed 2 people. Here are some photos of the food area.
