There are many reasons for exercise which I'll go into. The main 4 are to keep healthy, and keep my bodies synapses creating pathways around the damaged nerves in my spinal cord so that my I can sit up, move my arms and legs (slightly), continue to live as independently as I can, and for feel good reasons ie mentally as my body will release those "feel good" endorphines. As well as manage unwelcomed weight gain.
