SOLD MY HOUSE!

I SOLD MY HOUSE IN POINT COOK!!!!

I have been thinking about selling the house which I've been renting out for the past year. I was watching the market and seeing what interest rates were doing, as well as the new and developing area of Point Cook. So one day after speaking to my financial advisor the decision was made. I did heaps of research that afternoon on the different real estate agents in the area and narrowed it down to 2 that I was interested in looking at. I mapped out how to get there by public transport the next day (as I thought that would be fun as well) and off I went on the Thursday.

I spoke to 2 agents and within an hour I'd made up my mind and signed with one. The house was on the market within 1 week and the Section 32 was being prepared. Within 2.5 weeks the house was sold and settlement a short one by 22nd December 2014, about 6 weeks later! I won't be celebrating fully until it's all settled and the money is in the bank.
