This is the last of many blogs about the New Zealand holiday cruise. It covers the most amazing sunsets that I've seen in ages, photos of us and people, as well as photos of water.
I saw the most extraordinary sunsets from the back of the ship on a few special occasions as the weather was perfect. As I live in a city surrounded by buildings, I don't see these types of sunsets. The colour of the sun and ocean was extraordinary, the colours in the sky before and especially after the sun had gone down were stunning. I especially loved the feeling of being on the ocean with wide open space around me. The back of the ship was always less crowded as well, which suited me perfectly. HIT PLAY ON THE 1ST SUNSET PHOTO WHEN YOU SEE IT ON THE BLOG AS IT'LL PLAY A FEW PHOTOS IN SUCCESSION SO AS TO IMPROVISE WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE WHEN THE SUN SET. I've included a few photos of the water, and you may be wondering why. The reason being that again, the colours were extraordinary. I also tried to capture the patterns and shapes that were made by the waves dancing around after being churned up by the engines. They are like sculptures. Enjoy :)
