It's been almost a month since my last blog! How slack am I!
I'm actually fighting off a gastro bug that comes and goes and has done so for the past month. I hopefully get the test results back this week. So I'll have a few great days where I can get out and do things, then be wiped out for days with an attack. It's quite funny as I think "geez I'm sick and how annoying". And yet I am already sick and just have something else to deal with. The Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition called "Sidewalk to Catwalk" is on at the National Gallery of Victoria at the moment and that has predominantly been grasping my attention this past month. I've been 3 times so far and fully intend to go back several times more. I think I can almost draw a map of the different rooms and designs however I love it! I know he is flamboyant and have been aware of some of his designs over the years however these are magnificent. Along with that is the incredible creative layout of the exhibition which blew my mind the first time I went. I won't chat about it to much here as I'll let the 1st YouTube clip show you a little of what I am talking about along with the photographs I have taken thus far. There is another YouTube clip to come shortly in the next few days. This one was a clip that was playing on a 42 inch TV screen so I filmed it, then took photos of it. I just love the way it and the photos turned out. Enjoy the clip and the photos on Flickr.
